Rune F. Knudsen
Rune Knudsen, founder of Phed, LLC (d/b/a A Dream Factory), is a successful Danish food, food tech entrepreneur who, with the creative platform Freemarket(later Testr), brought the innovative concept of “tryvertising” to Denmark. He subsequently founded and partnered with a variety of other companies, spearheading a series of bold initiatives - reinterpreting market research for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG’s) with TrySome; introducing a sustainable solution to food waste with the food saving app YourLocal; and bringing about alcohol-free spirits with ISH Spirits.
Mr. Knudsen studied and earned a soccer scholarship at the University of San Diego, and holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Social Science from Roskilde University.
